Function First provides expert level support by a doctorate level Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Dr. Jen Quigley. Dr Jen is involved with each client in creating the individualized program and goals that best fit their needs. Dr. Jen is the only provider at Function First. This ensures each client is getting the time, attention, and individual support that they deserve.

Through a fee-for-service model, services can be uniquely tailored to the needs of your child and your family. The services can seamlessly include parent coaching, direct support, and team collaboration without the restrictions or limitations of other funding streams.

Function First could complete a school observation and offer insight and recommendations into current behavioral programming. Function First would collaborate with the school team to modify interventions to best meet your child’s needs.

After the initial phone consultation, Dr. Jen would come out to your home to meet your family. During this session, priorities and goals would be established. Dr. Jen would get to know your family routine and the current concerns. From there, goal planning and treatment development would be completed.

In behavioral therapy, the understanding is that our environment impacts our behavior. By providing therapy in the environment in which problem behavior is occurring (or where targeted skills aren’t occurring), we can better understand the strategies that may work best.
